Appointment Information
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to fill in consultations forms, this allows for total relaxation in the treatment and ensures that you will not loose any part of your service. Appointment times include preparation for your treatment.
If you are running late we may not be able to perform the full service however we will charge the full fee. We will try to accommodate you as best we can, but please understand that we need to run on time to avoid inconveniencing our other clients.
Your privacy and comfort is of utmost importance to us. Please turn off mobile phone. Ensure that you remove your jewellery before treatment and place it securely in your hand bag. We take every care but no responsiblity for your valuables.

Packages
Packages are designed and preferred to be taken on one salon visit. If you separate a package the voucher reverts back to the dollar value.
Gift Vouchers
Give the gift of skin good enough to eat with an elegantly presented gift voucher. Please note gift vouchers can only be redeemed at Ella Bache Cherrybrook and that they are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. When making your appointment please quote your gift voucher number.
Cancellation Policy
24hrs notice for cancellations is appreciated both by us and other clients.

We accept all major credit cards and EFTPOS for payments of $20 or more.
